Delete your Photohawk app account
You can delete your Photohawk app account at any time: in the app, or by asking us by email.
In the app
- Open the Photohawk app.
- Go to Sharing and privacy.
- Tap Delete account, and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account, with your profile and settings on our servers.
- Every share you started or accepted, and every invite.
- Shared photos still waiting to be delivered (they're stored encrypted until they arrive).
- Your devices and notification tokens, and your place on the waitlist.
- Your face data in our cloud face-matching service, if you turned cloud face matching on.
Your photos, scan results and the face data on your phone stay on your phone. To remove them, delete the app, or tap Delete all face data in the app.
What we keep
- If you also use your Photohawk account for Photohawk Studio, your Photohawk app data is deleted and the account itself is kept for your Studio workspaces.
- Records the law says we must keep, such as purchase and print order records (without your delivery address once an order has been delivered).
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
No app? Ask us by email
Email us from the address you use for the Photohawk app. We'll delete the account and its data, and tell you when it's done, within 30 days.
