Live uploading

Photos in the gallery while the event is still on

Shoot, and every photo lands in the right gallery within seconds, ready for people to find and buy.

How it works

  1. Shoot as normal

Your camera sends over FTP, or you drop in a folder from the card.

  2. It lands in the gallery

Sorted by faces, bib numbers and time, with no work from you.

  3. People find and buy

A selfie or a number finds them, while they still care.

Three ways to send photos

The Photohawk Studio web uploader mid-upload: the gallery is live on previews while the originals follow, with the race photos in a grid and the queue below.

In your browser

Drag in a folder. It keeps going if the connection drops, and picks up where it stopped.

The Your FTP server panel in Photohawk Studio: a ready server with its address, port, username, passive mode and FTP over TLS, and Keep it running and Stop buttons.

On-demand FTP

Point the camera at your gallery's FTP details. Turn it on for the event, off after.

Preview protection

Previews that protect your work

Photos go online as protected previews first, so nobody can screenshot a free copy. The full photo goes to the person who buys it.

More on preview protection
A protected gallery preview: the runners blurred below the face and their faces kept clear, so the preview can't stand in for the photo.

Sell while the final whistle is still ringing.
