What is Photohawk?

Photohawk is a platform for sharing and selling event photos. You upload your photos to a gallery, Photohawk scans them, and the people in them find themselves by bib number or with a selfie, then buy or download their photos. Delivery happens automatically.

How it works

1. Upload your photos with the web uploader, or from your own FTP server if FTP is part of your workflow. Previews go up first, so a gallery can go live in minutes while the originals follow.
2. Photohawk scans every photo after it lands: faces for selfie search, bib numbers and other text for number search, and the camera's timestamp for time search. Nobody has to sort or tag anything.
3. Share the gallery link with participants, by email or on social media. Galleries can also be found through Find your photos unless you hide them.
4. People find themselves and check out. They buy downloads, prints or videos, or download free photos if you're sharing them.
5. Orders are delivered automatically: downloads by email (and by WhatsApp if the buyer chooses), prints by our print lab, unless you choose to fulfil a product yourself.

• Protect your previews. Security watermarks and preview protection, which stops screenshots from being useful to AI watermark removers.
• Make it yours. Your logo, colours and fonts on every gallery, a custom theme per gallery, and your own domain on Pro and Max.
• Sell more. Coupons, pre-orders, subscriber sign-ups and the "Photos ready" email.
• Work as a team. Invite photographers and salespeople, and on Max, split a gallery's revenue with photographers and partners.
• Get paid. Sales are paid out to your bank account, or straight to your own Stripe account if you connect one.
