Photohawk subscriptions are bought through the App Store and billed to your Apple Account, so Apple handles changes, cancellations and refunds.
Change or cancel
In Photohawk: Sharing and privacy → Subscription → Manage subscription. It opens the App Store's subscriptions, where you can change or cancel.
Or on your iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Photohawk.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or of the free trial) so you aren't charged for the next one. Deleting the app or your Photohawk account doesn't cancel it.
Restore a purchase
On a new iPhone, or if Photohawk doesn't show the plan you paid for:
- Make sure you're signed in to the same Photohawk account.
- In Sharing and privacy, under Subscription, tap your plan to open the plans screen.
- Tap Restore purchases.
It restores the subscription bought with your Apple Account. Right after a purchase, Photohawk can take a minute to confirm it: tap Restore purchases if your plan doesn't appear.
Every purchase needs you to be signed in, so the plan is on your Photohawk account.
Refunds
Apple handles subscription refunds. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or contact us and we'll help.
Family plan members
If you're included in someone's Family plan, they manage the subscription. You can leave in Sharing and privacy → Your plan → Leave the Family plan.
Questions people ask
I cancelled. When does my plan end?
At the end of the period you've paid for (or the end of the free trial). You keep it until then.
Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting the app or your Photohawk account doesn't cancel a subscription: cancel it in your Apple Account.
