Face ID can't sign you in
After an email and password sign-in, Photohawk can offer Use Face ID to sign in next time?. If Face ID can't sign you in (for example after a new face was added to your iPhone), Photohawk says so: sign in with your password once, and you can turn Face ID on again. You can turn it on or off in Sharing and privacy → Account.
Asked to sign in again
- Photohawk keeps you signed in. If your session ended (for example after a long time away), the sign-in screen shows and you sign in once; nothing is lost.
- If your iPhone was locked or offline when Photohawk started, it waits and retries by itself instead of signing you out.
- If you signed out on purpose, sign back in with the same account to see your chats and your plan.
Still can't sign in?
Email support@photohawk.com from the address you use for Photohawk, with the subject starting Photohawk app:, and tell us what the screen says. We'll never ask for your password. See Contact Photohawk app support.
