Close your workspace

You can close your workspace at any time. Only an owner can do it.

Before you close

Closing is permanent and can't be undone:

• all photos, videos, galleries and pages are deleted;
• buyers can no longer open your galleries or download past orders;
• your access ends.

Download anything you want to keep first. Usage charges for the current month may still apply, and you'll get a final bill for them.

Not sure? A plan on Lite costs $0 a month, so you can downgrade instead and keep your galleries.

Close it

1. Go to Account & Billing.
2. Choose Close account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.
