Each product in a product list has a Fulfilment setting.

When to self-manage
For plain downloads, let Photohawk deliver: it's instant and needs nothing from you. Self-managed suits products that need work first:
- Retouching or colour grading the chosen photos
- Personalised artwork or digital certificates
- Speciality prints, or prints from your own lab
- In-person or bespoke products
When you switch a product to Self-managed, you accept that you're responsible for producing and delivering it.
Fulfilling an order
- Go to Orders and open the order. Search by order ID, name or email, or filter by Filename contains.
- The order shows the buyer's details and the file names of the photos they chose.
- Use the file names to find your originals, complete the work and deliver it to the buyer.
- For prints, the order's Fulfilment status shows Awaiting shipment or Shipped.
Check for new self-managed orders regularly, and deliver them promptly: buyers expect them within a few days.
