Print products and the print lab

Lab prints are made and posted by our print lab, from the location nearest each buyer. You set the price; you can also sell prints you make yourself.

Yes. Photohawk works with a global print-on-demand lab. When you sell lab products, the lab prints, packs and ships each order to your customer, with nothing to do on your side.

How it works

  1. Add a print to your product list with Fulfilment set to Lab, and choose the Lab product (size, format and finish).
  2. You see the countries it ships from and the lab cost per print. Set your price above the lab cost: the difference is your margin.
  3. Buyers crop their print before checkout.
  4. Photohawk checks each order by hand (crop and address), then sends it to the lab, which prints from the location nearest the buyer and ships it.

Local orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days; international ones can take up to 3 weeks.

Your own prints

Prefer your own lab, or selling something the lab doesn't make? Set the product's Fulfilment to Self-managed: buyers order and pay through your gallery, and you produce and deliver it. See Self-managed fulfilment.
