Orders in the main menu lists every order across your galleries, and each gallery has its own Orders tab. Owners, administrators and salespeople can see orders.
Find an order
Type in the search box above the list (Search order number, buyer, email, file name). It also finds the buyer's mobile number, the gallery, a coupon code and product names. Every word you type must match, so "jane IMG_12" finds Jane's order with that photo.
To narrow the list further, choose Filters: gallery, type, status (including Awaiting shipment and Shipped), product, variant, file name and dates. Click any row to open the order.
Who delivers each item
Every item in an order shows Fulfilled by:

| Photohawk (automatic) | Sent to the buyer automatically. Nothing for you to do. |
An order can be split between them, such as a download Photohawk sends plus a print you post. The You badge is highlighted so you can see at a glance which items need you.
Download what was bought
Under the order's Items:
- Download all (N) downloads every photo in the order.
- Each photo has its own Download. If the buyer cropped it at checkout, choose the Original or the Cropped version.
- View photos opens the gallery's photos, showing only the ones in this order.
- For a video, open the item to see each moment with its time range and a Download link. Videos are cut after payment, so for a few minutes a moment shows Being prepared.
A photo that's no longer in the gallery shows as Missing.
Mark it as shipped
An order with items you deliver yourself has a Fulfilment status: Awaiting shipment until you change it to Shipped. When an order with prints you post yourself is marked Shipped, the buyer gets an email that their order is on its way, from your gallery. It has no tracking details, so it tells them to ask you about the delivery.
