Export your orders

Download your orders as a CSV, one row per order or one per item, to search and analyse them in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

Updated October 29, 2026

  1. Go to Orders in the main menu. It lists every order across your galleries; narrow it with Filters (gallery, type, status, product, file name and dates) if you like.
  2. Choose Export, then: - Orders summary (CSV): one row per order, with totals, fees, status and payout. Best for most reports, customer searches and coupon use. - Detailed line items (CSV): one row per file, with the product, type and file name of each photo.
  3. Open the file in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets or any spreadsheet app.
