To see which photos and videos have been bought in a gallery:
- Open the gallery and go to its Photos & Videos tab.
- Choose Sold in the bar above the photos, next to the search.
- The tab shows only what has been bought, with a summary such as "Sold: 214 photos and 3 videos, from 96 orders". It takes a moment while the gallery's orders load.
Choose Sold again to see everything.
What counts as sold
- Every photo and video in the gallery's orders, whatever the product: downloads, prints and video clips.
- A photo bought in several orders shows once; the order count includes each order.
- Fully refunded orders don't count. A partly refunded order still does.
Who can use it
Owners, administrators and salespeople, the same people who can see orders.
