Find and resend orders, refunds, receipts, exports, importing customers, subscribers and photos-ready emails.
- Collecting subscribersAdd a subscribe form to a gallery so participants get the "Photos ready" email, with an optional coupon for signing up and pre-orders.
- Customers and the "Photos ready" emailSee a gallery's subscribers and buyers, add or import participants, export the list, and send the "Photos ready" email when photos are up.
- Email templatesEdit the subject, title, button and text of a gallery's customer emails, from the subscription confirmation to print order confirmations.
- Email your participants when their photos are readyImport your start list into the gallery's Customers tab, then send everyone the "Photos ready" email, with a link that opens the gallery at their bib.
- Export your ordersDownload your orders as a CSV, one row per order or one per item, to search and analyse them in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
- Find an order and download what was boughtSearch your orders, see who delivers each item, download the photos and videos a buyer bought, and mark prints you post yourself as shipped.

- Resend an orderResend a buyer's download email or WhatsApp message from the order, after checking the email address or phone number they gave.
- See what has sold in a galleryThe Sold filter on a gallery's Photos & Videos tab shows only the photos and videos people have bought, with how many orders they came from.
- Send a customer a receipt through StripeIf you've connected your own Stripe account, send a buyer a receipt for their payment from your Stripe dashboard.
