Open the gallery, then Settings, then the Emails tab. Each template has a Subject, Title, Button text and Body, filled in with sensible default text using your workspace's name, the gallery's name and the order's details. Choose Preview to see it before you save.
The templates
- Subscription confirmation: sent when someone subscribes to the gallery. It tells them they'll hear when the photos are ready.
- Photos ready: sent when you choose Notify photos ready on the Customers tab. It links to the gallery. It isn't sent automatically when you publish.
- Download order confirmation: sent after a purchase of downloads, with the download link.
- Print order confirmation: sent for print orders you fulfil yourself (self-managed), saying you'll produce and post the order.
The email logo comes from the gallery's Email logo (on its Media tab), or your workspace logo if there isn't one.
