Collecting subscribers

Add a subscribe form to a gallery so participants get the "Photos ready" email, with an optional coupon for signing up and pre-orders.

Updated October 29, 2026

A subscribe form lets participants leave their details so you can tell them when their photos are ready, and offer pre-orders or a discount.

Turn it on

  1. Open the gallery, then Settings, then Downloads & subscribers.
  2. Turn on Collect subscribers.
  3. Set the Subscribe button text, such as "Get your photos" or "Notify me".
  4. To reward sign-ups, turn on Send a coupon to new subscribers and set the Coupon type (Fixed or Percentage) and amount.
  5. Choose Save settings.

The form works in draft and published galleries, so you can collect sign-ups before the photos are up.

Where subscribers go

Each subscriber is added to the gallery's Customers tab, and they receive the Subscription confirmation email. When the photos are ready, send them the Photos ready email from the Customers tab: it isn't sent automatically. See Customers.

Pre-orders

If your product list has pre-order prices, the form also offers a pre-order. See Pre-orders.
