Each gallery has a Customers tab, and Customers in the main menu lists everyone across your workspace.
How customers are added
- They subscribe to the gallery's form. This is the most common way.
- You add them: choose New customer, with name, email address, bib number and marketing opt-in.
- You import a list: choose Import customers, drop in a CSV or spreadsheet, and match your columns to the fields (Map columns). Customers appear shortly after.
Send the "Photos ready" email
The "Photos ready" email is not sent automatically when you publish. To send it:
- Open the gallery's Customers tab.
- Select the people to notify, or select all.
- Choose Notify photos ready.
They receive an email with a link to the gallery. You can edit the email on the gallery's Emails settings tab.
To let an event organiser share the gallery instead, copy its link with Copy public gallery link.
Export
Choose Export to download the list as a CSV, for reporting or follow-ups.
