Coupons

Go to Coupons in the main menu. The list shows each coupon's code, discount, customer, uses, and creation and expiry dates. Filter by status (Live, Redeemed, Expired), creation date or gallery, or search by code or email.

Create a coupon

Choose New coupon:

• Code: such as SUMMER20.
• Type: Percentage or Fixed amount (with its Currency).
• Applies to: downloads, prints, videos, or any mix of them (downloads by default).
• Max redemptions (optional): how many times it can be used in total.
• Expires (optional): an end date.
• Limit to specific galleries: off, it works across your whole workspace.
• Limit to specific customers: off, anyone with the code can use it.
• Auto-apply at checkout: applies the discount for every buyer in the chosen galleries, with no code to type.

Choose Save.

Three common set-ups

A discount for everyone. For example 10% off for the first two weeks after the event: a percentage, limited to the gallery, auto-applied, with an expiry date.

A coupon for one person. A support gesture or a VIP: limit it to that customer and set Max redemptions to 1.

Unique codes in bulk. For participants whose entry included photos: limit to specific customers and choose Import CSV with columns email, first name and last name. Each person gets their own code based on yours, such as PRE-ORDER-4GH-2EKCW.

Send coupons

Coupons for specific customers aren't sent automatically. Select them and choose Send to customer; each person gets their own code by email. You can also copy a code, or edit or delete coupons, from the list.

Coupons that are sent for you: pre-order coupons (after payment) and the coupon for new subscribers, if you turn it on.

Track use

The Uses column shows how many times each coupon has been used. To see which orders it was used on, export your orders and filter the Coupons column by the code.
