Using a coupon or redemption code

Enter your coupon, voucher or redemption code in the cart before you pay. Why a code can be refused, and what to do about it.

Updated November 2, 2026

Coupon codes come from the event or the photographer: in your entry pack or confirmation, by email, or after a pre-order. You use them in the gallery they're for.

Use your code

  1. Open the gallery and choose your photos.
  2. Open your cart. Under Got a coupon code? Enter it here and click apply, type your code in Enter coupon here.
  3. Choose Apply. You see Coupon accepted, the code appears under the box and the discount is taken off your total.
  4. Check the total, then go on to pay.

You can use one code per order. In some galleries a discount is applied for everyone automatically, so it's already in your cart.

Pre-order coupons

If you pre-ordered photos before the event, your coupon was emailed to you after you paid. When the photos are online, choose your photos, then enter that coupon in the cart.

"This coupon is not valid"

A code can be refused when:

  • it isn't typed exactly as written. Codes must match exactly, including capital letters, so copy and paste it if you can;
  • it's for another gallery, or for another photographer's galleries;
  • it has expired;
  • it has already been used, or has been used as many times as allowed;
  • it doesn't cover what's in your cart. A coupon can be for downloads, prints or videos only: check what it was given for.

If you think your code should work, contact whoever gave it to you (the event organiser or the photographer), with the code and the gallery's name. Only they can check or replace it.
