Nothing is lost: once you've paid, your photos are kept for you and can be downloaded from your order email for 90 days.
The emails you get after paying
When you buy photos, two emails usually arrive a few minutes apart, from the gallery's name:
| What it's for | |
|---|---|
| Receipt for order followed by your order reference | The receipt for your payment. It says your photos and prints follow in separate emails. |
| Your photos from gallery are ready to download | Your download email. Choose Download your photos to open them. |
If you bought prints, they're confirmed in their own email, Order confirmed: your prints from gallery.
Straight after you pay, the page also shows Thanks for your order! with your downloads and your reference number. You can download from there too.
Can't find the download email?
- Look in your junk or spam folder, and any other inbox tabs, such as Promotions.
- Search your inbox for the gallery's name, the word "order", or your order reference from the receipt.
- Check the email address you typed at checkout. A typo is the most common reason an order email doesn't arrive.
- Give it a little time. If some full-size photos are still being uploaded by the photographer, you're emailed a link as soon as they're all ready.
Still nothing? Reply to your receipt, or write to the support address in it, with your order reference and the email address you used. The order can be sent again.
Open your photos again
Use Download your photos in the email again at any time in the next 90 days: the email says the date your links work until. It opens the gallery with your order, where you can download each photo, or all of them as a zip file. Videos and reels are on their own tab.
On a phone, see Save your photos and videos to your phone.
