Downloading and buying
Free and paid downloads, getting your photos again, file sizes, WhatsApp delivery, payments and refunds.
- Can I ask for changes to a photo?Edits such as a different crop or brightness are done by the photographer. Contact them with the photo's file name and what you'd like changed.
- Can I download my photos again?Free downloads can be downloaded again from the gallery. For photos you bought, use the link in your order email again.
- Can I get a refund?Refunds, full or partial, are possible for problems such as duplicate orders or failed downloads. Prints already made or shipped can't be refunded.
- Can I share my photos on social media?Yes. Photos you buy or download are for personal use, which includes your own social media. Commercial use needs the photographer's permission.
- How do I download my photos, videos or reels?Free downloads save straight from the gallery; photos you buy come by email with a download link. Either way, save them soon.
- How long will my order take to arrive?Downloads and WhatsApp delivery are instant. Some photographers deliver orders themselves, and prints take a few working days.
- I got the wrong photosBought photos are put right through the support address in your order email. For free downloads, check your selection and download again.
- I haven't received my WhatsApp orderUsually the mobile number was mistyped or had no country code. Send the right number and your order email and we'll resend it.
- I was charged twiceA double charge can happen if checkout was refreshed or submitted twice. Send your order references and we'll refund any duplicate.
- Is it safe to pay?Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe and other regulated payment providers, and your card details are never stored or shared with the photographer.
- Why can't I download the photo I found? And why is it watermarked?A gallery either shares its photos as free downloads or sells them. Previews are watermarked; what you buy isn't.
- Why is my photo's file size so small?File size in MB isn't image quality. Check the photo's pixel dimensions to see how large you can print it.
