Can I ask for changes to a photo?

Edits such as a different crop or brightness are done by the photographer. Contact them with the photo's file name and what you'd like changed.

Updated October 29, 2026

Edits, such as a different crop, removing a filter or brightening a photo, are made by the photographer or event that took the photos, not by the gallery platform. That's the same whether you downloaded the photo free or bought it.

Contact them using the contact details in the gallery (or, if you bought the photo, the support address in your order confirmation), and include:

  • the photo's file name (such as IMG_2345.JPG),
  • your order reference, if you bought it,
  • what you'd like changed, with a screenshot if it helps.

Edits are up to the photographer, and some may charge for them.
