How you get your photos depends on the gallery.
Free downloads
Choose your photos in the gallery and download them. They open in a window, ready to save: select each photo to download it to your device. You don't need an account, and nothing is emailed unless you ask.
If some full-size photos are still being uploaded, the ones that are ready can be saved straight away. Choose Email me when they're ready to get the rest by email as soon as they arrive.
Photos, videos and reels you bought
When your order is complete, you get an email with a link to your downloads. From there, download each photo, video or reel, or all of them at once. The link works for 90 days.
If you chose WhatsApp delivery, your photos also arrive in a WhatsApp chat. Save them to your phone from there, or turn on your phone's setting to save WhatsApp media to your photos automatically. Videos and reels always come by email.
Having trouble? Contact the photographer or event that runs the gallery (their contact details are in the gallery), or, if you bought something, the support address in your order email.
