- Downloads are sent straight after checkout, by email, and to WhatsApp if you chose it.
- Orders the photographer delivers themselves, such as edited photos, take longer. Your confirmation email says so.
- Prints usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days within the country; international orders can take up to 3 weeks.
Haven't received your downloads?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Check the email address you gave at checkout for typos.
- For WhatsApp, make sure your number included the country code, such as +44.
Still nothing? Contact the support address in your order confirmation, or, if you have no confirmation at all, the photographer or event that runs the gallery.
