Prints usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days within the country. Some things can take longer:
- The order is on hold because of a problem with the crop or the address. You'll get an email if so.
- International delivery can take up to 3 weeks, with customs.
- The photographer prints it themselves. Your confirmation email says so; in busy periods this can take up to 2 weeks.
- The parcel is delayed or lost in the post, which is rare.
Check your email, including spam, for messages about your order. If you've heard nothing, contact the support address in your order confirmation with your order reference.
