My print's colours look different from my screen

Screens are backlit, so prints often look a little darker or less vivid. If the difference is big, send a photo of the print for a check.

Updated October 29, 2026

Some difference is normal. Screens are lit from behind and set up differently, so photos often look brighter and more vivid on screen than on paper, and printers use a different range of colours.

If the difference looks large or wrong, contact the support address in your order confirmation with:

  • your order reference,
  • a screenshot of the photo you ordered,
  • a photo of the print you received.

If it's a fault in the print, a reprint can be arranged.
