Photohawk checks every print order by hand (the crop and the address) before it goes to the lab, so there's only a short window for changes.
- Before it goes to the lab: the size, format or crop may still be changed, or the order cancelled for a refund.
- After it goes to the lab: it can't be changed, and prints that have already been made or shipped can't be refunded. If part of your order hasn't been made yet, that part may still be refunded.
Contact the support address in your order confirmation as soon as possible, with your order reference and the change you need.
