Delivery times, tracking, changes, and prints that arrive damaged or look different.
- Can I change my print order?Prints can be changed until the order goes to the lab, so ask straight away. Prints already made or shipped can't be refunded.
- Can I track my print order?Lab orders get tracking details or a delivery estimate once they ship. Orders the photographer makes themselves are tracked with them.
- My print arrived damagedSorry. Send your order reference and photos of the damage and packaging, and a replacement will be arranged.
- My print order hasn't arrivedPrints usually take 3 to 5 working days, longer abroad or when the photographer prints them. What can delay an order, and what to do.
- My print's colours look different from my screenScreens are backlit, so prints often look a little darker or less vivid. If the difference is big, send a photo of the print for a check.
