Your branding and gallery themes

Set your logo, colours and fonts once for every gallery, then give any gallery or page its own theme for an event organiser or partner.

Updated October 29, 2026

There are two levels of branding: your workspace's branding, which every gallery uses, and a custom theme for a single gallery or page.

Your workspace branding

Go to Settings in the main menu, then the Branding tab:

  • Logo, Logo width (px) and Favicon.
  • Colours: Primary accent colour (in HSL), Background colour, Primary contrast text, Text colour, Footer background colour, Footer text colour and Background text colour.
  • Show footer, with your website, social links and privacy policy.
  • Display font, and Typography by style to set the font and base size of body text, buttons and headings H1 to H6. Sizes scale up on larger screens; leave a field blank to keep the default.

Choose Save branding. Every gallery and page uses it unless it has its own theme.

Useful when you shoot for several event organisers, each with their own look.

  1. Open the gallery, then Settings, then the Branding tab.
  2. Turn on Use a custom theme.
  3. Set its Colours (primary, text, contrast text, background, footer background and background text), Default font, Typography by style, and Show footer with a Website URL, Facebook URL and Instagram URL.
  4. Choose Save settings.

The gallery's logo, favicon, banners and Email logo (the logo at the top of its customer emails, such as "Photos ready") are on its Media tab. Without an email logo, emails use your workspace logo.

Pages have the same option: Use a custom theme in the page's settings.

"Powered by Photohawk" on Lite

From 1 November 2026, galleries on the Lite plan show a small "Powered by Photohawk" link in the footer. On Pro and Max there's no badge. See Plans: Lite, Pro and Max.
