Media (in the main menu) is your library of design files. It's separate from your galleries' photos: nothing here is for sale or searched.
What goes in Media
- Watermarks, security and branding
- Logos and favicons
- Listing images and cover photos
- Banners for galleries and pages (a banner can link to another website)
- Event frames, borders and sponsor overlays
When you set a gallery's watermark, logo or banner, you pick the file from your Media library or upload it there and then.
Folders
Choose New folder to organise your files, for example by event, by client, or into portrait and landscape overlays. You can open, rename, move and delete files and folders.
If a file is in use, such as a watermark on a live gallery, Photohawk tells you where before you delete it.
