Photos: JPEG
The web uploader uploads JPEG photos, files ending in .jpg or .jpeg. Upload them at full size: what buyers receive is made from the file you upload.
Other image files, such as RAW files from your camera (.cr2, .cr3, .nef, .arw, .raf, .dng and so on), HEIC, PNG and TIFF, aren't uploaded. When you add a folder that contains them, the summary tells you, for example "3 files aren't supported here and will be skipped (JPEG photos only)", and the JPEGs in the folder upload as normal.
To upload RAW photos, edit them as usual and export them as JPEGs first, then upload the exported folder.
Videos: MP4 and MOV
Videos upload on plans with video (Max from 1 November 2026). Upload MP4 or MOV files; export other formats as MP4 or MOV first. Without video on your plan, videos in a folder are skipped like other unsupported files. See Upload and sell videos.
Copying from Dropbox or Google Drive
Only JPEG photos can be copied from the cloud. Add videos and other files from your own device instead.
File size and resolution
Large files take longer to upload, but there's nothing to shrink first: upload the full-size JPEGs. Each download product's Download resolution (px) decides the size buyers get, and 0 sends the original. To get galleries online sooner, upload Previews first, originals later. See Upload with the web uploader.
