Galleries, pages and branding
Create and publish galleries, search options, watermarks, preview protection and your look.
- Create a galleryCreate a gallery from Galleries, choose whether its photos are free or for sale, and set its date, category, listing image and status.
- Delete every photo of one personFind all of one participant's photos by bib number or face, select them and delete them, for a removal request or a privacy request.
- Draft, published, archived and deleted galleriesWhat draft, published and archived mean for a gallery, and what deleting one removes. Publish, archive or delete from the gallery's menu.
- Face search and face dataHow selfie search works, what face data Photohawk keeps and for how long, and what to tell participants. Face data is deleted within 12 months.
- Gallery analyticsEach gallery's Analytics tab shows visits, orders and downloads over time. User and visitor analytics are on the Pro and Max plans.
- Hide a gallery from Find your photosKeep a gallery out of Photohawk's public cross-gallery search while its own link keeps working. One switch in the gallery's General settings.
- How long do galleries stay online?Galleries stay online until you delete them. Photohawk doesn't remove them, but face search ends 12 months after upload.
- PagesPages group your galleries under one address, with their own welcome text, banners and theme. Create and edit them under Pages.
- Password-protect a galleryAsk visitors for a password before they can see, search or buy from a gallery. Set it on the gallery's Access & security tab.
- Preview protection against screenshots and AI watermark removalPreview protection covers the people in your sales previews, so a screenshot is useless to AI watermark removers. On by default for galleries that sell.
- Search and sorting optionsChoose how visitors find their photos in a gallery, by selfie, bib number, time, collection or colour, and the order photos appear in.
- The Media libraryMedia holds the files you use to design and protect galleries, such as logos, watermarks, banners and cover images, organised in folders.
- WatermarksSecurity watermarks protect previews and never appear on purchases. Branding watermarks add logos, frames or sponsors, to previews or paid products too.
- Your branding and gallery themesSet your logo, colours and fonts once for every gallery, then give any gallery or page its own theme for an event organiser or partner.
