Create the gallery
- Go to Galleries in the main menu.
- Choose New Gallery.
- Fill in the fields below and choose Create gallery.
| Field | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Name | The gallery's name, such as "City Half Marathon 2026". |
| Gallery URL | The end of its address (/galleries/city-half-marathon-2026). It's filled in from the name; you can change it. |
| Are your photos free to download? | Yes, digital downloads are free, or No, I'm selling digital downloads. You can offer both later. |
| Product list | For a sales gallery: the prices and products people can buy. Choose one, or create one later. |
| Member galleries | Optional. Combine other galleries into this one so their photos appear here too. |
| Category | The kind of event, such as running, cycling or triathlon. |
| Gallery date | The date of the event, not of the upload. Add an end date for a multi-day event. |
| Listing image | The image shown for the gallery in lists and on your pages. |
| Status | Draft (only you see it) or Published (live). |
Manage a gallery
Each gallery card in Galleries has Open, Upload and Preview, and a menu with:
- Publish / Unpublish
- View orders and View sales breakdown
- Copy public gallery link
- Duplicate
- Set listing image
- Archive / Unarchive
- Delete
Inside a gallery, the tabs are Overview, Photos & Videos, Collections, Analytics, Customers, Upload, Settings, Orders and Preview. The Overview tab lists what's left before the gallery is ready: photos, a cover photo, selling or free downloads, and publishing.
