A gallery stays online for as long as you keep it. Photohawk doesn't delete galleries, unless the workspace is closed.
Storage
Your plan includes storage, and every gallery uses some of it. If you go over, you can delete or archive old galleries, or keep everything and pay for extra storage. See What happens if I go over my storage? Your current use is shown at the top of Galleries.
Archiving doesn't free up storage; deleting does.
Face search doesn't last for ever
From 1 November 2026, each photo's face data is deleted 12 months after it was uploaded, and 30 days after a gallery is archived. After that, people can still find their photos by bib number or by browsing, but not by selfie. See Face search and face data.
