Pages

Pages group your galleries under one address, with their own welcome text, banners and theme. Create and edit them under Pages.

Updated October 29, 2026

A page lists a set of your galleries at its own address, such as a series, a season or a client. Pages are optional: without one, your workspace's home page lists all your published galleries.

Create a page

  1. Go to Pages in the main menu and choose New page.
  2. Enter a Page name. Its URL slug is made from the name.
  3. Choose which galleries appear (or leave it empty for all of them), then save.

Page settings

Open a page, then Edit page.

General

  • Name and URL slug.
  • Galleries on this page: pick galleries, or leave empty for all.
  • Gallery pattern: add galleries whose name or slug matches, such as 2024-* or wedding, together with any you picked.
  • Gallery order: newest or oldest first.
  • Default language for the page.
  • Published, Show gallery names, Show gallery dates, Show header, Include draft galleries.
  • Search bar: always show, always hide, or automatic (shown with 10 or more galleries).
  • Welcome text at the top of the page.

Listing & banners

A listing image (with Cover (fill) or Contain (fit)), and banners for desktop and mobile.

Theme & branding

Turn on Use a custom theme to give the page its own colours, fonts, logo and favicon. Off, it uses your account branding.

Choose Save page when you're done.

Share a page

Choose View public page to open it, and copy its address from your browser. Share it on social media, send it to customers, or link to it from your website.
