Photohawk offers buyers two optional extras. They're paid for by the buyer, charged by Photohawk, and don't change what you earn from your photo sales.
WhatsApp delivery
Buyers can have their photos sent to WhatsApp as well as by email, so they arrive straight on their phone.
- Sales galleries: offered at checkout. The charge appears as a delivery cost in the order total and on the receipt.
- Free-download galleries: offered when a visitor downloads their free photos, with a separate optional payment. The photos stay free.
WhatsApp delivery is for photos; videos and reels are sent by email. It's a platform service, so it can't be turned off per gallery, but it's always optional for buyers.
Reels
A Reel turns a buyer's photos into a short video with music, ready to post.
- It's offered once a buyer has at least 4 photos in their cart, in a sales or free-download gallery, and in most currencies.
- Buyers choose and reorder the photos, adjust crops, pick the music and preview the Reel before buying it.
- In a sales gallery it's added to the order; in a free-download gallery it's paid for separately. The Reel is emailed when it's ready.
