Turn free downloads on
Open the gallery, then Settings, then Selling & downloads. Choose Free downloads (photos are free) or Hybrid (free downloads and paid products together), and choose Save.
Free download options
The size of a free download:
- Web (1080px): for sharing on social media.
- Standard (2048px): good for screens and small prints.
- High (4096px): for printing.
Sizes are the longest edge.
On the Downloads & subscribers tab:
- Resolution adjective: the word visitors see for the download, such as "High resolution" or "Social media".
- Watermark free downloads: puts your branding watermarks on the free files, for example a sponsor's frame.
- Upsell paid products on free downloads: shows paid products, such as prints or a higher-resolution file, when someone picks their free photos.
Choose Save settings when you're done.
