As a photographer in someone else's workspace, you upload into their galleries. The workspace's owners and administrators decide what you can see and do.
Which galleries you see
Your access can be limited to particular galleries. If a gallery you're meant to upload to isn't listed, ask an owner or administrator to give you access, or to create it if it doesn't exist yet.
Some workspaces turn on Photographers see only their own photos: you then see only the photos credited to you.
Collections
Owners and administrators create collections; photographers can't. You can still drop a folder into an existing collection, and its subfolders are kept.
What you can't do
Photographers can't see orders, sales or customers, or change billing, payouts, the team or settings.
If an upload stops
Keep the tab open until your photos have finished. If the tab closes or the connection drops, add the same folder again to the same place: only the photos that didn't make it are uploaded.
Earnings
Many galleries don't share their sales with photographers: you might be paid separately, or the gallery might offer free downloads. When a gallery does share its sales with you, your share shows under Account → Earnings, and Photohawk pays you once you've set up your payout account there.

Do I need my own Photohawk plan to upload to someone else's workspace?
No. You upload into their workspace, under their plan.
Will I earn from the photos I upload?
Only if the workspace shares that gallery's sales with you. If it does, your earnings appear under Account → Earnings, where you set up your payout account once.
